GREATNESS STARTS WITH A GOAL

W+K Amsterdam and Nike join forces to celebrate Cristiano Ronaldo becoming the number one international goal scorer of all-time, with this stunning homage to hard graft.

The film shares the story of “a kid from Madeira” growing up in Quinta do Falcão, whose goal was to become the greatest player in the world. Which Ronaldo now appears to have done.

To honour Cristiano’s record-breaking achievement, his childhood playground has been fully restored, and moments of his odyssey painted on the goalposts by the coveted Portuguese artist AkaCorleone. The newly renovated pitch is evidence that it’s not only talent, but also unwavering dedication to his initial goal that became the foundation for greatness.
